Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Sáenz

IMG_0515-0 Two boys, Dante and Aristotle (or “Ari”), are utterly different. Dante is personable and loves poetry, whilst Ari is antisocial and struggles as he reflects on his imprisoned older brother. The universe brings the two adolescents together in a simple, nearly unbelievable scenario. From that moment on, Ari and Dante become the best of friends, sharing the hardships of growing up as they begin to discover the secrets of the universe. Ari’s discreet introspection brings him to the difficult truths about life, and Dante, by developing more than one outlook regarding love, determines who really he is. Both of their divergent personalities pull their friendship closer, until the secrets are revealed.

*I reccomend this book to ages 13 & up, because it does contain some mature content.
