Vanished by Sheela Chari,well, words cannot describe this sensational mystery novel. I am not, generally, a mystery-lover, but this one caught my interest. The story introduces a sweet Indian girl, named Neela,  who has received a beautiful Indian instrument called the veena. Neela is convinced her new veena enhances her playing ability.  When her veena is mysteriously stolen, Neela ventures to find her beloved instrument, along with the help of a classmate, her best friend, and some scattered clues. I suggest this book if you are a mystery-lover, or not, and have time to spare, because one cannot seem to put down this novel. Reading Vanished makes you want to curl up with a blanket in your favorite chair, and get lost in the amazing adventure of Neela and her veena.
